Consular fee payment procedure

Consular fee is paid in advance (1-2 working days before visiting Embassy) via the internet-banking system by using direct bank transfer in section «foreign payments» / «utländska betalningar / SEPA-betalningar» on the Embassy of the Republic euro bank account.

Printed in paper form payment's data serve for confirmation of a payment made. Forwarding of a paper notice from a bank is not required. All banks' fees/dues for making a payment, including fees for forwarding of the aforementioned notice, if any, are paid by an applicant. 

Cash money, bank cards or bank cheques are not accepted. A Consular Fee is paid in advance, 1-2 working days before a planned visit to the Embassy.

Consular Fee is paid only in euro.

A document confirming payment needs to be submitted to the Embassy during a visit to the Embassy.
